An oversized wrap around porch... is just the beginning of this multi-building estate in Jamestown, Rhode Island.   

This wonderful family of seven finds themselves outgrowing their current summer home- or better known today as an-escape-from-Covid-but-in-need-of-an overhaul-because-everyone-moved-home home.  Luckily, a second property abuts the main one, providing space for a guest house, pool, party barn, and garage!  

A larger kitchen and new master suite are also in store for their main residence renovation. We are eager to watch Pastore Builders see the construction through.
